Parque Golf · Maspalomas · Gran Canaria
A Canarian bungalow with its own garden — palm trees, two pools and the Maspalomas sun, all year round.
09:12 — coffee under the arch
One arch, one flame tree, one small white house. Inside: a bright living room, a proper kitchen, a bedroom that works as a double or as twins, and a green zellige bathroom we're quietly proud of.
Out front, a covered veranda for the evenings that run long, then your own terrace and garden: breakfast in the sun, a nap in the shade. The whole house is yours — all on one level, no stairs, and you let yourself in.

14:38 — the slow hours at the pool
La Maison 24 sits inside Parque Golf, a small complex of white bungalows built around two outdoor pools you can swim in all year, with a children's pool, a playground and gardens the gardeners clearly care about.
Guests keep reaching for the same words: quiet, clean, green. No hotel towers, no entertainment team, no poolside microphone — just palm trees and the occasional splash.
And let's be straight about it: you're living in the middle of subtropical gardens. Geckos on the walls at dusk, bold birds at breakfast, and now and then an insect, because palm trees don't grow in a sealed box. Mosquito screens on the windows, regular treatments across the complex, and everything you need to know is in the guide.
“Fantastic bungalow in one of the best and most peaceful resorts in Maspalomas!”

16:45 — the postcard tour
Parque Golf is the quiet side of Maspalomas: residential, green, right by the golf course. The famous side — the dunes, the lighthouse, the beach bars — is a short drive or a long, easy walk. A car makes life simpler here, and parking is free right outside. Without one, Lino's Bike Rental is around the corner, and the beach is a ten-minute ride.

“EVERYTHING — a brilliant stay in Maspalomas! Great communication before and during the trip, and an ultra-quiet residence. Not a sound during the day, in the evening, at night. The bungalows are lovely.”

22:30 — the lanterns take over
At night, Parque Golf drops to a whisper: lanterns on the terrace, paper globes on the veranda, warm light behind the arch. It's the part no booking platform shows you — so here it is, on video.

It makes life simpler, and parking is free right outside. Without one: a taxi rank at the hotel across the road, bikes at Lino's, and the centre 10–15 minutes away. The nearest restaurants are a 250 m walk.
Playa del Inglés is 2.6 km away, the dunes and the lighthouse 3.5–4 km: a few minutes by car, a long easy walk, or a ten-minute bike ride — Lino's rents them just up the road. The trade-off is that you sleep in the quietest corner of Maspalomas, with two pools thirty seconds from your terrace.
Yes. Both pools are open all year and the small one is heated. Maspalomas winters sit at 20–24 °C — that's high season here.
The house is built for three: the bedroom as a double or twins, plus a sofa bed in the living room. All on one level, no stairs.
Like anywhere in this climate. The house sits in subtropical gardens, so geckos, birds and — mostly in summer — the odd insect are part of the scenery, and almost always outdoors. There are mosquito screens on the windows, the complex is treated regularly, and our tips are in the guide. If anything is out of the ordinary, the agency is on it fast.
